You will need to return the products to us unused and in their original packaging for an exchange or full refund. You will be responsible for the return postage, and the original delivery charge is not refundable. For an exchange, the delivery charge is free. Please ensure that the returns are packed and labelled carefully, including your name, address and contact telephone number, so that we can identify your return when it reaches us.
We will not be responsible for items damaged due to poor packaging, or lost in transit, please obtain proof of posting.
