Are your pearls real?
Yes, we are pearl lovers, and always
use
real pearls and semi-precious stones in our jewellery. We believe it
is the most natural and flattering way to present our jewellery designs.
What are Freshwater Pearls?
Freswater Pearls are grown in a non-saline environmment, so not in salt water. The pearls we use in our jewellery are cultured, which means that a small particle has been inserted into an oyster to allow a pearl to grow.
Why might my pearls vary in colour from the picture on your
website?
We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are
as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, as no two pearls
are alike - slight variations in colour and size may occur. Please be
assured that these variations are not defect but a display of nature.

How to order Online?
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add the items you require to your basket. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'my basket'. When your order is complete, click on 'checkout' to pay using your personal cards or via Paypal, you can also checkout using Google checkout by clicking on the Google button.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as, Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Solo through the Paypal portal. We also acceot payments through Google checkout. All transactions are in British pounds sterling.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
We take security very seriously. We only accept online payment in a
secure environment regulated by Safebuy. And we do not store your credit
information after you've checked out.
About delivery and returns...
How long will it take to deliver my jewellery?
When an item is in stock, we deliver within 3-5 working days by Royal mail. If your jewellery is out of stock, we will inform you of the likely delivery date. For special offers or products that are displayed in newspapers or magazines, we will deliver them as quickly as possible but they might take up to 28 days to arrive.
How do I return an item?
If you are not entirely satisfied with the jewellery that you receive, please return it us within 10 days to the following address:
